Operations Manager – Kansas
Andrew, Operations Manager in Kansas, has been with PTC for 6 ½ years and brings over ten years of experience in the food industry with an emphasis in customer relations and project management. Starting from an entry level position and working his way up to management, Andrew possesses excellent troubleshooting skills, customer service and an unrelenting persistence to get things done right.
Andrew studied at Colorado State University at the School of Farm and Ranch Management. A Colorado native, he now resides in Kansas and his goal is to visit all 50 states, with 46 and counting. In early 2017, Andrew is welcoming a new addition to his family with his wife and stepson. In his spare time Andrew enjoys hunting, camping and volunteering as well as learning new skills to use at work and home.
Operations Manager – Minnesota
Lee serves as Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to day leadership and general management for the Minnesota locations. He has been with PTC for 5 years, starting as a technician and quickly moving into a management role. Prior to joining PTC, Lee worked for over ten years in operations and customer relations for various industries. His influence extends throughout the company including his strong attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to respond quickly.
A self-professed jack of all trades, Lee enjoys camping, fishing, boating, hiking and visiting the family cabin with his wife and 3 little boys. His hobbies include landscaping and gardening on his one acre property.
Operations Manager – Nebraska
As Operations Manager for our Nebraska locations, Nathan is an expert in strategic planning and process engineering. He joined PTC in 2011 after spending the last 16 years serving in leadership roles for various corporations, small businesses, and NPO’s. Nathan enjoys using his broad range of experience to engineer solutions for PTC and its customers.
Nathan received his B.S. from Grace University in 2000. He currently serves on the board of Steadfast Bible Fellowship in Gretna, NE and volunteers with Greater Omaha Youth for Christ. In addition to spending time with his wife and two daughters, Nathan enjoys tinkering with everything from woodworking to mechanics.
Aaron Harris brings over 20 years in the food industry at Land O’Lakes, General Mills and Conagra Foods and is committed to tackling problems head-on, investing in people and improving processes for handling customer needs. His expertise ranges from Operations and Process Management, Department Accountabilities (production, processing, safety, quality, maintenance, logistics and customer service) as well as New Product Development and Strategic Planning.
Aaron holds an MBA at California Polytechnic State University, 2001 and a Bachelor of Science at Wheaton College, 1996. He resides in Colorado and enjoys camping and exploring this great state with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys the Denver area professional and college sports scenes and is currently caught up in rebuilding a 1975 Triumph TR-6.
