Dry Cleaning

PTC utilizes numerous dry cleaning applications including compressed air, media blasting, and mechanical processes to maintain sanitation standards to a dry food environment.

Wet Washing

We work directly with customers to develop a wash system that is tailored for your specific application.  PTC integrates into the customer’s  wash program, preventive maintenance schedules and quality and maintenance inspections to ensure  the customer’s standards are maintained.

Bulk Material Transfer

Pneumatic conveying is a cost and energy efficient method of transporting dry bulk materials from one place to another. It minimizes material damage and the closed system reduces cross contamination of product.

Product Removal and Recovery

In an emergency or scheduled basis, PTC provides product recovery and transfer services.  Through the use of our proprietary equipment, product can be recovered and or transferred to temporary tanks while routine cleaning occurs.

Bin Cleaning

We provide material removal and bin repossession.  PTC will remove materials such as animal feed, grains, sugar and other raw materials from vessels such as bins, tanks and hoppers of all sizes returning them to our customer’s standards.

Corrective and Preventative Maintenance

We troubleshoot vessels and systems to determine the root cause of performance issues and then provide corrective action to prevent recurrence. PTC will also analyze system reliability to establish preventative maintenance schedules.

Parts Replacement

We troubleshoot and correct parts failure and  are constantly reviewing and inspecting parts and services for compliance to our customers’ service and food grade standards.

Shop vessel inspections, food grade compliance, lining inspections, exterior inspections.
